We send quote follow-ups, policy service updates, renewal and payment reminders, document and certificate confirmations, and replies to questions you text us. This is a two-way conversational program with a licensed insurance agent.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us by (1) submitting a quote or contact form on this website and checking the SMS consent box, (2) texting our business number 573-594-5148, or (3) giving your mobile number to a licensed agent by phone or in person and agreeing to text follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us — typically a few messages per quote or service request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT or STOPALL. To resume, reply START.
